UV-Vis spectrophotometer

A UV-Vis spectrophotometer is an analytical instrument that measures the absorption or transmission of ultraviolet (100–400 nm) and visible (400–750 nm) light by a sample, primarily used to determine concentration and molecular structure. It works by passing light through a liquid sample, comparing it to a reference, and applying the Beer-Lambert law.
